[Events] F.T.W. - Clear Skies Ahead

F*** The Weather - Clear Skies Ahead

Weather plays a very defining, almost over-centralising role in almost all Metagames in Generation 5, largely due to the introduction of Drizzle Politoed, Drought Ninetales and incredible weather abusers like Excadrill. Its so game-changing, almost all teams find themselves needing to carry at least some form of weather insurance in order to succeed, especially in VGC'12/13. Many Pokemon also have their very viability defined by the existence of Weather, with things like Gastrodon and Abomasnow seeing use almost solely for their ability to control and check weather-teams.

So what happens then when we completely eliminate Weather for a metagame in which teams live and die with their ability to maintain favourable weather conditions?

If you're too lazy to read the rules in detail, its basically VGC'13 with no weather-changing or inducing moves/abilities allowed.
